This 10 x 7 ft shiplap shed provides a spacious timber storage building with a traditional apex roof. Shiplap cladding gives a smooth, tightly fitted finish, and the 12mm tongue-and-groove floor provides a solid base for heavier equipment.
Design and Build
The walls are clad in shiplap timber boards, which interlock along their edges to create a tight, flat surface that resists draughts and looks neat from every angle. The apex roof adds headroom along the ridge and gives the building a classic garden-shed profile. Timber construction means the shed can be painted or stained to suit your garden.
Storage and Access
Hinged double doors open wide across the front so lawnmowers, bikes, wheelbarrows and garden furniture move in and out easily. The 10 x 7 ft interior leaves room for shelving and a workbench, while the 12mm tongue-and-groove floor gives a firm, even surface underfoot.
Weather Protection
Interlocking shiplap boards shed rain down the face of the walls, and the pitched roof directs water away to both sides. As with any timber building, an annual coat of a suitable wood preservative will keep it looking its best.
