01Returns made straightforward

Contact Somnivo at contact@somnivo.shop within 14 days of delivery to request an eligible return. You then have a further 14 days from notifying us to return the goods. You do not need to give a reason for an eligible change-of-mind return.

02We arrange and pay for collection

Somnivo arranges and pays the return shipping or bulky-item collection cost for approved eligible returns, including change-of-mind returns. We charge no restocking fee.

Contact our support team with your order number for authorisation and collection arrangements. Do not send an item to our business address without agreed arrangements. These arrangements do not limit your statutory cancellation rights.

03Taking care of your item

You may inspect your item as you would in a shop. Please take reasonable care of it and retain suitable packaging where possible. Contact us before dismantling or uninstalling an item for collection.

04Customised and personalised goods

Goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Standard catalogue products are not automatically customised because you select a standard size or option. Your rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.

05Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate remedy. Photographs may help us assess the issue. Change-of-mind time limits do not remove your statutory rights.

06Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period. Where we collect the goods, we refund within 7 days of your cancellation notice. Any standard delivery charge paid is also refunded where required. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.

07Cancelling before dispatch

Email contact@somnivo.shop as soon as possible to cancel before dispatch. Online cancellation requests remain available until the item is fulfilled. If your order has been dispatched, the applicable cancellation and return rights above still apply.
